This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good based on visual appearance. The New York Central Stickers are extremally close to falling off. There are light nicks and scratches on the surface of the shell and chassis. Some minor trim elements are misaligned, bent, damaged or missing. One set of wheels is broken and detached from the truck. This item has been out on display previously and its overall appearance could be significantly improved with a thorough dusting or a light wipe down. The instruction manual is not included.
