Here is an American Flyer 6-49600 S Gauge Union Pacific Pony Express Diesel Train Set. This set is a remake of the classic AF Pony Express Set from the late 1950s and includes a pair of Alco PA-1 diesels (one powered, one non-powered), a combination car, passenger car, vista dome car, and observation car. The powered unit features: a 3-position electronic E-unit, dual motors, pullmor traction tires, and powdered metal axle brushings on all wheels. Both locomotive units feature: a working headlight, metal chassis, die-cast trucks, and front and rear knuckle couplers. The passenger cars feature passenger silhouetted window strips, die-cast truck sides, operating knuckle couplers, and metal wheels and axles.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-7: Excellent. These items show some scratches and spots of paint loss on the shell and chassis. There are fingerprints and discoloration on the chassis of the items. The overall appearance of these items may be improved with a gentle and thorough cleaning.
