These items have been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good. These items show scratches, dents, nicks, and spots of paint loss throughout various sections of the shells and chassis. These items show spots of rust on the chassis and wheelsets. The windows are scratched and dirty. There is white residue on the rivets, trucks, and wheels. Several wheel sets have orange residue on them. One of the wires on car #4170 has been cut. The "India Arrow" car has one missing door, and one broken and missing red light. These items have not been tested and are being sold As-Is. The overall appearance of each item may be improved with a gentle and thorough cleaning. The instruction manual is not included.
