This item has been graded per TCA standards C-7: Excellent based on visual appearance. There are some minute scratches and small speckles of tarnish beginning to form on the locomotive and tender. Additionally, the previous owner has clear coated both items. This item has been inspected by our repair shop. Please see the attached picture for inspection details and additional operation information. A bag featuring screws and other hardware is included, as well as a screwdriver. No couplers. The original box is included along with the foam liner. The instruction manual is not included.
