Ives 3242 Vintage Standard Gauge NYC/Ives Railway Lines Red Electric Locomotive

Here is an Ives Wide Gauge 3242 New York Central Electric Locomotive from 1921-23. This is the version in red with white rubber-stamped lettering. It has a manual reverse lever on it. Features Ives snake pull couplers. Please see my pictures for additional features.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-5: Good based on visual appearance. There are heavy nicks, scratches, spots of surface rust, and paint chips on the shell and chassis. The overall appearance of this item may be improved with a gentle and thorough cleaning. The original box is not included. The instruction manual is not included.
