Lionel 138 Vintage O Gauge Postwar Operating Water Tower VG/Box
This is a Lionel 138 Vintage O Operating Water Tower from 1953-57. This is the final version of the postwar version of the operating water tower. The operating part is simply that you can control the water spout to come down by remote control with the #90 Controller (not included). This is the successor to the earlier #30 water tower. It measures approximately 11 inches x 6 inches x 6 1/2 inches.
This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good based on visual appearance. The tower's shell is detached from the base and there is glue residue from the prior owner's repair. There are scratches and markings, however the overall appearance of this item may be improved with a gentle and thorough cleaning. The original box is included.
