Lionel 2037 Vintage O 2-6-4 Die-Cast Steam Locomotive VG

This is a Lionel 2037 Vintage O 2-6-4 Die-Cast Steam Locomotive from 1954-55. The 2037 was one of the smaller Lionel postwar steam engines with smoke and magnetraction and was used in several sets in the 50s and early 60s. Features include die-cast metal construction, a die-cast boiler, a decorative bell, magnetraction, an operating smoke unit, an operating headlight and a 3 position reverse unit, metal side rods, metal wheels and nice molded-in detail. It does not include a tender.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good based on visual appearance. This item was tested and is not functional. The wheels show average run-time. Some trim elements are misaligned, bent, damaged or missing. This item show scratches, rust and spots of paint loss throughout various sections of the shell and chassis.
