Lionel 2037 Vintage O 2-6-4 Die-Cast Steam Locomotive VG

This is a Lionel 2037 Vintage O 2-6-4 Die-Cast Steam Locomotive from 1954-55. The 2037 was one of the smaller Lionel postwar steam engines with smoke and magnetraction and was used in several sets in the 50s and early 60s. Features include die-cast metal construction, a die-cast boiler, a decorative bell, magnetraction, an operating smoke unit, an operating headlight and a 3 position reverse unit, metal side rods, metal wheels and nice molded-in detail. It does not include a tender.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good based on visual appearance. This item functioned when tested. There is some paint loss across the surface of this item. There are severe nicks, scratches, and spots of surface rust on the shell and chassis. The instruction manual is not included. The original box is not included.
