This is a Lionel 2426230 O Scale Strasburg Double Sheathed Boxcar #103. Double-sheathed design boxcars were more common in the early decades of the 20th Century. The inner and outer walls protected the structural framing and provided better insulation for the car. These were used nationwide to haul a wide variety of goods and cars of this style were common into the steam to diesel transition era.
