This item has been graded per TCA standards (Restored/Repainted) R-5: Professional Grade based on visual appearance. This item has been repainted at some point in its past. This item shows some light scratches and spots of paint loss on the shell and chassis. The unit functions on the test track but must be pushed slightly to move on it's own.
