Lionel 381E Vintage Standard Gauge BiPolar Electric Locomotive VG

The 381E was one of Lionel's top Standard Gauge electrics during the 1926-40 Classic Era of Standard Gauge. Used in several sets, the 381E is best known for pulling the matching green 'State Set' passenger cars. Based on the Milwaukee Road's famous BiPolar electrics, the 381E has a combination of size and presence few other toy train engines can match. It has the standard Lionel standard gauge motor, a two-position reverse unit, lights at both ends, brass trim, link couplers, and all-metal construction.
