Lionel 6-12834 O Gauge Pennsylvania Railroad Gantry Crane VG/Box

This is a Lionel 6-12834 O Gauge Pennsylvania Railroad Magnetic Gantry Crane from 1993. This is one of the neatest of Lionel's accessories. Gantry Cranes are one of Lionel's greatest accessories. You can rotate the cab right or left, raise and lower the hook, and turn the electromagnet on and off all by remote control. When you turn on the electromagnet you can pick up small steel items and load and unload them, like from your scrap yard and into waiting gondolas.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good based on visual appearance. There are signs of rust along the crane mounting screws. The controller screw holes show signs of use.
