This is a Lionel 6-12886 O Gauge 395 4-Light Floodlight Tower from 1995. This accessory is a reissue of the classic 395 4-Light from the 1950s. It is metal and you can rotate and position all 4 of the searchlights at the top of the tower. It stands about 12 inches in height.
