This accessory is a remake of the Lionel 445 Tower from the ‘50s. When activated by a passing train, one of the switchman on the second floor balcony goes into the building while another ‘runs‘ down the steps. This version uses a can motor and is much more reliable and quieter than the original postwar 445. It measures approximately 8 inches in height.
