Features include stamped metal chassis, metal wheels, 2 powerful motors in the lead unit that run on AC or DC, 8-wheel drive, front operating knuckle couplers, operating headlights on the powered unit, remote forward, neutral and reverse operation and famous Pennsylvania markings.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good. The Powered unit has a broke pilot that has been reglued. Both units have loose shells. Both units have loose cab windows. Each locomotive shows scratches and paint loss throughout various sections of the shell and chassis. Each locomotive shows rust on the chassis and trucks. The instruction manual is not included.
