Lionel 6-19824 O Gauge U.S. Army Operating Target Launching Car #19824 EX/Box

Here is a Lionel 6-19824 O Gauge U.S. Army Operating Target Launcher #19824 from 1996. When activated it blows a stream of air vertically which will cause a balloon to “float“ above the car where you can shoot at it with your missile launching cars.
This target launching car features an operating fan, balloons, a track powered on/off switch, plastic trucks, operating knuckle couplers, metal wheels and axles.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-7: Excellent based on visual appearance. There are scratches, scuffs, paint loss and marks throughout the item. This item has been out on display previously and its overall appearance could be significantly improved with a thorough dusting or a light wipe down. The instruction manual is not included.
