Lionel 60 Vintage O Lionelville Motorized Rapid Transit Trolley VG

This is a Lionel 60 Vintage O Gauge Lionelville Motorized Rapid Transit Trolley from 1955-58. This trolly car features bumpers on each end that cause it to change directions whenever it runs into anything, like a bumper. It features interior illumination, a reverse unit, operating function, silhouetted window strips, and metal wheels and axles. Something to note is that when the direction of the trolley changes, the trolley pole on top also spins around to the proper trailing position. It was a real postwar favorite, and Lionel has remade it in several varieties over the years..

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good. This trolley did not run when tested and is being sold As-Is. The trolley pole is missing. The roof piece sits loosely on the shell. This car shows scratches and paint loss throughout various sections of the shell and chassis. This car shows rust on the chassis and trucks. The instruction manual is not included.
