Lionel 623 Vintage O Santa Fe NW-2 Diesel Switcher VG

Here is a Lionel 623 Vintage O A.T & S.F EMD NW-2 Diesel Switcher from 1952-54. It features a die-cast frame, a 3-position E-Unit, headlight and magnetraction, die-cast truck sides, operating knuckle couplers, and metal wheels and axles. This is the Type II with 3 stanchions.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good. This item shows scratches, scrapes, dents, and paint loss throughout various sections of the shell and chassis. This item shows rust on the underside of the couplers. The rails are ill fitting and bent. The overall appearance of this item may be improved with a gentle and thorough cleaning. This item lights up, but does not run when tested, so its being sold as is. The instruction manual is not included. The original box is not included.
