This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good based on visual appearance. There are scratches & scuffs along the bodies of each car. The USPS boxcar has some surface rust along the underside of the car. The Illinois Central hopper is missing some of the bay hatch covers that go under the car. The wheels show signs of wear. The overall appearance of this item may be improved with a gentle and thorough cleaning. The instruction manual is not included. The original box is not included.
