This item has been graded per TCA standards C-4: Fair based on visual appearance. This item was graded fair cause of low quality that includes deep scratches, severe chipped paint, severe rusting on most of the body the wheels and trucks. The wheels show severe run-time. There appears to be internal corrosion as shown in the pictures. Trim pieces and couplers appear to be bent. One of the cars is missing it's roof. Two sides of couplers seem to be missing from the cars. These items have not been tested and are being sold As-Is. The original box is not included. The instruction manual is not included.
