This item has been graded per TCA standards (Restored/Repainted) R-4: Very Good based on visual appearance. One of the units runs at a very low amperage. The sound is not clear or precise during operation. Both locomotives have some loose vent pieces. These items show some scratches and spots of paint loss on the shell and chassis.
