Here is a Williams O Gauge Pennsylvania Railroad "Congressional" Passenger Car Set [4]. This car features plastic construction, plastic trucks, metal wheels and axles, and knuckle couplers.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good based on visual appearance. There are heavy scratches & scuffs along the bodies of each passenger car. The observational passenger car has a cut wire along the underside near one of the pick-ups. The vista dome has adhesive residue along the underside of the car. The wheels show signs of wear & the axels show light signs of rust. The overall appearance of this item may be improved with a gentle and thorough cleaning. The instruction manual is not included.
