Here is a Lionel 217 Vintage O Boston & Maine Diesel Alco B Unit. The 217 Boston & Maine Diesel Alco B Unit was only produced in 1959. This set is notable because it is the only postwar diesel set that does not have the full road name spelled out on the body, only a logo. This is the non-powered B unit. This B Unit features an unpainted blue body, black painted roof and front, white lettering and accenting, plastic trucks, metal wheels, and die-cast non-operating couplers.
